Tim Wade is a Berea-based woodturner whose studio and gallery, The Cabin of Old Town, occupies a circa-1813 log cabin in the heart of Berea's Artisan Village. After a long career as a hospital lab technician, Wade transitioned to full-time craft in 2017 with support from Berea's Art Accelerator Program, quickly becoming one of the district's most visited makers. His turned bowls, decorative boards, and handmade brooms range from purely functional to heirloom-quality gifts, and he works in full view of visitors who stop by to watch.
