Staci McKnight Maney is a Lexington-based fiber and mixed media artist who merges art quilting, original photography transfers, and found objects into layered textile works. Starting with natural cotton, she builds up acrylic washes, free-motion quilting, and textural elements, then anchors each piece with vintage finds, beads, and her own high-contrast photographic prints. Her work explores familiar beauty, duality of language, and the meeting of the sacred with the irreverent.
